Shakahari and Spice Kitchen will offer the festival over dinner to its patrons. The festival has all of it to offer for everyone, the vegetarians and the non-vegetarians. The all day dining Restaurant at Hotel JW Marriott, Spice Kitchen will serve veg as well non-veg while, Shakahari will serve only veg menu in the restaurant. Guests will get to taste the symphony of Indian flavours with the Kebab, Biryani and Curry Festival at Hotel J W Marriott. While Spice Kitchen features blend of traditional dishes like Boti kebab, Chicken tikka, Hariyali kebab, Galauti kebab, Tangri kebab, Dahi ke kebab, Reshmi kebab, Shikampur kebab and biryanis like Mutton Biryani, Chicken Biryani, Fish Biryani Shakahari offers Shami kebab, Paneer kebab and various delectable Veg Biryanis. The festival will take patrons on gastronomical journey of Biryanis, Kebabs and Curries by offering a variety of menu switching thrice during the festival, every four days.
