Kanyakumari to Leh, a cycling Initiative  for Women Empowerment, Felicitated

Vasanti Joshi, a 55-year-old associate professor from the city, felicitated by Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan and Infosys foundation.
Dr. Satish Desai, President, Punya bhooshan foundation, Nandkumar Kakirde(Honorary secretory, Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan) Felicitated Vasanti Joshi, Shubhada Josh, KetakiJoshi and Gayatri Fadnis, along with back office team Vishwas joshi , Jayant Joshi.

Vasanti Joshi is the first cyclist moving to Ummilan Pass in Leh. It is on height 19 thousand 300 feet
This campaign started from May 28 and concluded on July 5, 2018. ‘
The distance from Kanyakumari to Leh is 4275 km. Every day 150 KM cycling was done.
Vasanti Joshi is a associate professor at SNDT Arts and Commerce College for Women since 1984.
