A special discussion on disastrous impacts of economical & environmental degradation organized
Pune, June 25, 2019 – A unique book titled ‘Anartha’, discussing the impacts of economical and environmental degradation on the society at large written by a renownedwriter Achyut Godbole, will be discussed in a special event organized by Manovikas Publications. The event will take place on coming Saturday, 29 June, 2019 at Padamji Auditorium, Mahratta Chamber Of Commerce Industries & Agriculture, Tilak Road , Pune at 6pm. The entry for the event is free and open for all.
Ajit Abhyankar, leader of Communist Party of India (Marxist),Ulka Mahajan, Social Activist and the writer of the book, Achyut Godbole will participate in the special discussion onthe subject ‘Disastrous impact of environmental degradation, inequality, unemployment and related economical affairs’. The discussion will be anchored by Deepa Deshmukh.
The book ‘Anartha’ aims at studying that how the inequality, unemployment, the environmental degradation and economical impacts are affecting the society. The issues have become critical in the case of horrific poverty, deteriorating farming, and environmental degradation. It seeks answers to the questions like, why such a catastrophic situation arose and what can be the way of getting out of this situation.
