Another FIR against DSK registered in Pune
After case of cheating investors of hundreds of crores, DS Kulkarni has been accused of not depositing employees provident fund. Based on complaint from Suresh Falke of Shankarsheth road, an FIR has been registered against DSK and his company’s directors Sahindra Bhawle, Sanmukh Durwasula and Vijay Jagtap. The case is filed with Lashkar police station, Camp, for not depositing PF of Rs 8.67 lakhs.
