Pune,October 2019 : InNerve – Nerve to Innovate, the name itself has pretty much made a brand for itself. Innerve is a two-phase hackathon – the idea pitching phase took place on 26th September and on the 6th and 7th of October it concluded it’s 24 hours implementation phase.

This year, InNerve’s fourth edition, organized by the Open source software club of Army Institute of Technology, Pune was a massive hit with support of the title sponsor UdChalo, co-sponsors Accops and Ft42 and with total registration from 263 teams nationwide.

From the 263 teams, the top 16 teams were selected for the second round. The total footfall for the event was of 1052. The chief guest for the event was VSM Maj Gen Pritam Bishnoi and CEO of Udchalo Varun Jain. The total prize money was worth 6 lakhs. The first prize was of one lakh, second prize of 50 thousand and total consolation price of worth ten thousand with goodies and gifts for all 16 teams.

This year the first position was bagged by team AI Fanatics from IIT ISM Dhanbad and SuperHackers from HMRITM, Delhi were the first runners up. Apart from these, two consolation prizes were given to Phoenix from WCOE, Sangli, and SANM from Dy Patil, Lohegaon. Other prizes for the best idea, best UI/UX, best Tech stack etc were also handed out.

Overall this event is proof that innovation and creativity are here to save the day whenever existing solutions don’t pass the test of time.
