Bribing in Arms Deals

Switzerland has refused legal assistance in investigation of one Swiss Company namely M/s RAD.

In the matter of a case registered against a private person, unknown officials of M/s Rheinmetall Air Defence (RAD) & others on the allegation that M/s Rheinmetall Air Defence AG paid illegal gratification to the private person to stall the process of blacklisting of M/s Rheinmetall Air Defence AG for influencing the official of Ministry of Defence, Central Bureau of Investigation issued Letter Rogatory to the competent Judicial Authority / Attorney General in Confederation of Switzerland on 3.8.2012. The said Letter Rogatory has been rejected by the Swiss authorities on 13.7.2015.
