Pune, August 24, 2016: The Citadel Extravaganza 2016, has taken over the spotlight once more in full swing. This is the 14^th year of the extravaganza and the auditions for the same were held in the age groups of 16 to 24 out of which seven boys and seven girls were shortlisted at a preliminary event held in the city. After a tough round of selections based on the height, overall personality, presence of mind, confidence, first impression, walking the ramp and the judge’s scores, the 14 lucky finalists were chosen.

Addressing and welcoming the media were Citadel’s CMD Mr. Nari Hira, Swapna Iyer, Editor Citadel Magazine.

Speaking at the occasion Swapna Iyer, Editor Citadel said, “It gives us immense pleasure to present the Citadel Extravaganza for the 14^th year. We have received over 150 entries from across Pune city and it has been a really difficult task for us to present the shortlisted 14 in front of you today.”

“The contestants have gone through a grueling session based on question and answers, general knowledge, International topics and also based on their looks, body, fitness etc. We are looking forward to the finale event on 1^st Sept”, added Ms. Iyer.

The contestants are currently being groomed by the extremely talented groomer, Lovell Prabhu.

In the past, Citadel Extravaganza’s have had glamorous faces like Abhishek Bachchan , Suniel Shetty, Raveena Tandon and even Amitabh Bachchan judging and being the chief guests at the event, amongst several others who have graced the event with their presence .

Last year’s Extravaganza saw the popular heartthrob, Rajeev Khandelwal wooing the contestants and sharinginvaluable tips with them.
