Commerzone – Building no. 8 gets USGBC Gold LEED Rating
Commerzone, Pune is awarded a 67 point rating
Pune, April 27th, 2017: K Raheja Corp, India’s leading real estate developer has received LEED Core and Shell Gold rating, for their commercial business park Commerzone in Pune. The globally recognized U.S. Green Building Council has awarded the Company a total of 67 points in various LEED green building categories including sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy efficiency, materials and resources, indoor environmental quality, along with innovation in designs.
