CREDAI- Pune Metro unveils booklet based on property-buying guidelines for customers

Pune, December 6, 2019: The 19th Mega Property Festival organized by CREDAI – Pune Metro was inaugurated today at the hands of Vikram Kumar, CEO, PMRDA and Shravan Hardikar, Commissioner, PCMC today at the Agriculture College Ground, Sinchannagar, Range Hills. The association also unveiled a special booklet titled ‘Guidelines for the Home Buyers’ explaining what should be taken into consideration while buying any property. The booklet is kept available free of cost for the visitors at the expo.

The exhibition will remain open till Sunday, December 8. Dignitaries including, Satish Magar, President, CREDAI-National, Shantilal Kataria, Vice-President, CREDAI-National, Suhas Merchant, President, CREDAI-Pune Metro, Arvind Jain,Head of the Exhibition Committee, Manish Jain, VP, CREDAI-Pune Metro, Anil Parande, VP, CREDAI- Pune Metro, Aditya Javdekar, Secretary, Sachin Kulkarni, Member, Managing Committee, Baldev Prakash, GM, SBI, Jasminder Singh Chahal, Head Mortgages Sales, ICICI,Sonal Modi, Sr. GM HDFC, Dr D.K. Abhyankar, Director General and Urmila Julka, General Manager, CREDAI-Pune Metro were present at the event.

Speaking at the launch of the booklet, Suhas Merchant, President CREDAI-Pune Metro said, “CREDAI is the most disciplined real estate association in India, which has been guiding developers in a right manner. The guidelines in the booklet will notify buyers on how to purchase eligible properties from authorized builders and how to prevent falling for any illegal deals.”

Vikram Kumar, CEO, PMRDA said, “This is a unique opportunity for all buyers, who will be able to buy properties as per their needs. All the information regarding home-buying is available with various options for customers. Also the booklet will be very useful for buyers which will apprise them on what they should look for while buying a property.”

Shravan Hardikar, Commissioner, PCMC said, “The Real Estate market is changing dynamically and affordable and semi-luxurious homes are available now. I must compliment CREDAI- Pune Metro for organizing the expo where even the banks have put up stalls for customers to avail the loan facilities as per their requirements.”

More than 60 well known real estate developers have showcased more than 600 RERA registered projects to buyers who can choose from various under-construction to ready-made homes and commercial properties ranging from Rs 15 lakh to over 1-2 crore at the expo. The expo includes several projects within the limits of PMC, PCMC and PMRDA. The exhibition is being held in an AC hall with a valet parking facility, play area for children and a food court for the convenience of the home buyers.
