Don’t go out for Hanuman Jayanti, ‘Shab-e-Barat’ , Pray At Home: Ajit Pawar

Mumbai, April 4, 2020: The daily increase in the number of Coronavirus, patients must stop. For this, keeping caste, religion and language and provincialism all should cooperate and contribute in this. Do not move out of your homes on Monday’s Mahavir Jayant, Wednesday’s Hanuman Jayanti and ‘Shab-e-Barat’ the same day evening.  Perform all religious ceremonies, puja, prayers etc. inside your homes, appealed Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar to people of all religions.

 

The number of Coronavirus patients in the state has increased close to 550 today. The areas where these patients are found are being sealed and quarantined. Doctors, Police and municipal employees are serving those infected risking their lives. The supply of food grains has been resumed from ration shops to the poor people. But this entire fight is threatened by those who roam on the roads, crowing places, etc.. Therefore, no one should come out of their houses and roam on the roads, appealed Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar.

The war against Coronavirus is the fight for the existence of the country and society. Those who break the rules, instructions will be subjected to strict punitive action in the coming days, he warned.

This war against the Coronavirus will be won from humanity and scientific viewpoint. For this, we need to make decisions on the criteria of science. People of progressive Maharashtra is wise. We have overcome many such calamities earlier. We will defeat this Coronavirus threat with unity and by staying in our houses, the Deputy Chief Minister expressed resolve.
