Pune, March 23, 2016: Founded in 1987 by a group of young entrepreneurs, The Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) is a Global business network of more than 11,000 leading entrepreneurs in 48 countries with its headquarter in Washington DC. Since 1987, EO has been transforming the lives of the entrepreneurs who transform the world. As the global thought leader on entrepreneurship, EO plays an integral role in businesses, industries and the lives of leading entrepreneurs everywhere.

EO educates and transforms, inspires and offers invaluable resources in the form of global events, leadership-development programs, an online entrepreneur forum and executive education opportunities, among other offerings designed for personal and professional growth. EO is the world’s most influential community of entrepreneurs, supporting today’s business owners in all aspects of their entrepreneurial journey. Peer learning, once-in-a-lifetime experiences and connections to experts. EO members employ more than 2.4 million people worldwide, which is more than IBM, McDonald’s, Tesco, Toyota and Volkswagen combined.

EO also has a special feature- Forum: A member- led, confidential, peer- sharing program. What would one give for the ability to tap into a group of 7-10 fellow business owners who can offer them direction based on their experiences? A forum is designed to meet member’s unique needs as an entrepreneur and help them reach new measures of success and significance. Held monthly, Forum meetings allow members to dig deep, personally and professionally, in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Moderator-trained EO members guide the sessions, which emphasize confidentiality, personal responsibility and lessons learned. Members don’t give advice; they speak from prior experience, letting the forum members draw their own conclusions on how to best proceed. Upon joining EO, the chapter’s Forum Chair will work to get the new member in a Forum, and will ensure that he is placed with the right number and mix of business owners to avoid sharing the room with competitors. The Forum program is under constant development and improvement, and new groups—like MyEO, regional and spousal Forums—are always in formation at the chapter level.
