TUBA Foundation in association with iCare Benefits and a group of individual volunteers conducted a free general medical camp for the villagers of Talavli near Pen enroute Alibaug on the occasion of Maharashtra Day and Labour’s Day on 1st May 2016.

The medical camp covered around 220 villagers diagnosed by Dr Yogita Jamdade & Dr Abhijit Jamdade.

It was followed by distribution of medicines, food packets, biscuits, clothes and toys to the villagers collected from the donations of various donors across the Pune city.

The atmosphere was converted from sickness to happiness with dance and music by the kids and even the senior citizens thus celebrating a mini festival across the village.

The motive of the camp is to improve the health of the villagers and provide a normal life style. For this, we are working on providing these villagers a continuous source of income, building up toilets, conducting various and continuous medical camps, working on the education of children, distribution of clothes, toys, bicycles, etc.

To continue with the good cause, a free eye camp and dental camp will be organised on 15th of May, 2016.
