Gita Publishing House, the publishing division of Sadhu Vaswani Mission, participated at the Frankfurt Book Fair, held from 14-18th October, 2015 at Frankfurt am Main, Germany, to make the treasure of Rev. Dada J.P. Vaswani’s writings available to the people across the world. With 30-40 visitors at the booth everyday we got opportunity to get connected to many foreign publishers and distributors.

“We got a very good response at the Frankfurt Book Fair, 2015.  I had prior appointments with the Publishers from various Countries — Spanish, Catalonia, Vietnam, U.K., Germany, Sweden, CA, Russia, Ukraine, Belorussia, Holland (Dutch), Bucharest (Romania).  They all have taken Dada J.P. Vaswani’s books from me with a view to translate in the respective languages”, beamed Gulshan Dudani, MD.

“In fact, the Dutch Publisher, Mr. Aris sent a message to me in just 2 days expressing his interest in purchasing the Rights from us for translating Dada’s book in Dutch language. The book he selected was “Women, where would the world be without you?”, adds Gulshan.

On the 4th day of the Fair, it being the day the fair was open to the public, a visitor halted at their booth and saw Dada’s picture and a huge collection of his books. He exclaimed that he knows Dada and he has seen the famous worldclass Darshan Museum in Pune, at the mission.  He was a Lecturer at KIA University of Iran.  He said that he came to Pune and on the Trip Advisor site, he searched the main attractions of Poona. There popped up the number one—Darshan Museum!!! He wrote thus:

Sadhu Vaswani and Dada’s words of wisdom and a journey of Sadhu’s life in the museum changed my life.  I now spend more time with family, take less work pressure and above all if people ask about my faith I would quote Sadhu Vaswani’s saying: Religion, Let us talk of it less and practice more.

Many students visited their stall and took with them several books penned by Dada. Nearly 45 people signed on the pledge forms that they will observe November 25 as Meatless Day.

“One Publisher from India, Mr. Rajan Arya of Pentagon Press came to our Booth and showed his interest in publishing Dada’s writings.  He expressed that Dada is heading towards completing his 100 years so in that connection, he wants to publish Dada’s books under his own banner.
