Gujarat CM dedicates engineering college blocks in Valsad
Ahmedabad, Sunday: Gujarat Chief Minister Mrs. Anandiben Patel today inaugurated two blocks of engineering college and dedicated career counseling centre in Valsad.
On the occasion Mrs. Patel said that the state government has given special attention on skill development and the government is committed to provide employment opportunities to the students of engineering college.
She stated that the students and professors should stress upon practical knowledge and suggested them to study various developmental projects such as Metro project in Ahmedabad and Surat, Ro-Ro ferry services between Bhavnagar and Bharuch.
During the event Mrs. Patel distributed Rs. 60,000 DD of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Foundation to the students, scholarship cheques of Rs. 38.87 lakh to 12 students.
