Indira National School felicitates students of Class 10, 12

28 May 2019, Pune: The results of Class 12 and Class 10 CBSE board exams, held in March were declared recently. Indira National School (INS), Wakad, which had 144 students appearing for grade XII and 243 for grade X has delivered a 100% result with Miss Ishita Jinturkar, Grade X being the school topper with a score of 99%. Ishita has also stood third in the Maharshtra state. Master Gurpreet Bhasin of Grade XII Commerce scored 96% was the school topper.

 

 

The students were felicitated at the hands of Dr. Tarita Shankar, Chairperson, Indira Group of Institutes and Group Director, Prof Chetan Wakalkar. While congratulating the students for their exceedingly wonderful performance, Dr. Tarita Shankar, Chairperson, Indira Group of Institutes said, “It’s a proud moment for all of us at INDIRA! Our students have indeed put up an impressive performance once again with their outstanding results. We are proud of our faculty who have been instrumental in establishing a high standard of academic excellence and upholding the success rate constantly over the years. Principal Prasad Pardeshi was elated to announce the results with everyone as it was a historic moment for each one at INS.

 

 

Miss Anika Jagati was the science topper with 95.4% with Aditi Pagey and Aditya Bhujbal both scoring (93.8%) and Ayush Kamtikar( 92.6%) following her.

 

 

Master Daksh Paliwal with 82.2% was the topper in Humanities and Miss Mifra Khan (79%) and Master Karan Bellad (77%) stood second and third in humanities. It was really a proud moment for us see Karan overcome his difficulties in reading and writing and perform excellently in his boards.

 

Bhanesh Manoj ( 92.6%) and Taniya Manglani(92.4%) stood second and third in Commerce Stream. It was really commendable for Bhanesh who maintained a perfect balance between sports and academics. He managed his academics while also playing two federation Nationals, one CBSE National and seven state Championships.

 

Jeel Zinzuvadiya and Johann Michael from grade X with 98% secured third position and Neil Handa scored 98.4% and took the second spot.

 

Total 243 students appeared for the grade X boards and school has achieved a 100% result with about 46.5% students scoring above 90% The parents along with grandparents were delighted to witness the felicitation. The students expressed their gratitude and were pleased to share their feelings and were glad to have achieved what they aimed for. It is truly an enduring moment for each one at INDIRA.
