International Conference held at Poona College : 100 delegates from 20 different countries participated

A two-day international conference on New Trends in Commerce, Economics, Banking, Cooperation, Management, Computer Science, IT & Environment has organised on 8thand 9thof February 2019 by Y& M AnjumanKhairul Islam’s Poona College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Pune. This international conference was sponsored by Savitribai Phule Pune University under quality improvement program.

This event brought experts and delegates from 20 different countries together to take stock of current trends, share information and best practices and build consensus on the most effective trends in the field of Commerce, Economics, Banking, Cooperation, Management, Computer Science, IT and Environment.

Prof. Aftab Anwar Shaikh, Principal, Poona College of Arts, Science and Commerce, welcomed all the resource person and delegates and outlined the aims and objectives of this international conference. He also remarked, “It is an honour for Poona College to host an international conference which is attended by more than 100 international participants from more than 20 countries across the world. These countries are Austria, Germany, United Kingdom, Thailand, Republic of Chad, Camroon, South Africa, Ivory Coast, Turkmanistan, Nigeria, Zambia, Mozambique, Yemen, Bahrain, Sri Lanka, Rwanda, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan. Similarly, we also have 300 delegates from all over India who have come here to be a part of this conference”.

Dr. WanidaWadeecharoen, Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology, Saunlaung, and Bangkok highlighted that this event will enable different countries to exchange their experience and share best practices. On this occasion, Dr. RavindraDissanayake, University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka.ChitralBenildusFernando,Colombo, Sri Lanka,Prof. Mapa Thilakaratne.,University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka Major. Dr. VN Saxena ICFAI Business School, Dehradun , Clarence Fernandes,chairman, Rwanda Renaissance, Mumbai were present.

The conference received a tremendous response in the form 146 of papers by 200 authors. The papers were published in an international journal Anjanta which is UGC Listed with impact factor 5.5. This issue of the journal had to be published in 8 volumes. This journal was released in the inaugural session
