International Hospitality Day Seminar & Award Ceremony
The International Hospitality Day is a unique Initiative of the IHC (International Hospitality Council) with the three major objectives:
- Celebrate Hospitality
- Promote Hospitality
- Educate Hospitality
Hospitality is one of the most passionate industries, where guest satisfaction marks the pathway for Quality and Efficient Service to ensure a “Moment of Truth” for a guest.
This day shall be celebrated as the International Hospitality Day across the World every year on 24th April.
To promote the International Hospitality Day, we have come up with the initiative of awarding the best HospitalityPersonality, recommended by the General Managers of leading hotels across Pune/ IHC and by Panel members, for his/her outstanding performance to achieve customer delight!
The Day was celebrated on Saturday, 23rd April 2016 at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel, Nagar Road from 1600-1800hrs.
IIHM Pune have celebrated the day in different ways, one of the initiative taken by our students is to organise a blood donation camp at IIHM Viman Nagar Campus in association with Pune Rotary Club and Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital.
