Mumbai, April 25, 2019: SEBI came out with detailed guidelines on 18th May, 2010 for launching of SME Exchange/Platform. BSE became the first stock exchange to get the approval from SEBI and launch its SME platform on 13th March, 2012.
Jinaam’s Dress Limited became 294thcompany to get listed on the BSE SME Platform on April 25,2019. Jinaam’s Dress Limited came out with an initial public offering of 72,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- Each (“Equity Shares”) For Cash At a Price Of Rs.59/- Per Equity Share (The “Offer Price”), Aggregating to Rs. ’4,248’ lacs. The company has successfully completed its public issue on April 15, 2019.
Jinaam’s Dress Limited is a Gujarat based company whose registered office is at Surat. The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing of Indian Ethnic and fusion wear for women. They design, manufacture and market wide portfolio of women’s apparels across multiple brands.

The 294 companies listed on BSE SME Platform have raised Rs.3046.81 crores from the market and total market capitalization of 294 companies as on April 25, 2019 is 18,196.36 Crores. BSE is the market leader in this segment with a market share of 59.88 percent.
