Kohinoor inks strategic partnership with Matoshree for Navi Tulshibaug – Marne Plaza
Pune, December 21: Kohinoor Group one the leading real estate developers from the city has joined hands with Matoshree Estate Private Limited for the ‘Navi Tulshibaug- Marane Plaza’ project and thus will now be on board as the strategic partner for the project.
An announcement to this effect was made by Krishnakumar Goyal, Chairman and Managing Director Kohinoor Group during a Press Conference held in the city today. Vineet Goyal, Joint Managing Director, Kohinoor Group, Deepak Marne, Chairman of the Matoshree Estate and Radhika Birla from Matoshree were also present on the occasion.
Navi Tulshibaug-Marane Plaza is a commercial project which is coming up right at the heart of shoppers’ paradise i.e. Tulshibaug (Hutatma Babu Genu Chowk). It will be a first of its kind shopping complex in the Tulshibaug area with a touch of modernity that will result in multiplying the shopping pleasure. Designed with shopping friendly approach with open spaces and rest areas by preserving the charm of Tulshibaug this Navi Tulshibaug-Marane Plaza complex will sprawl over 1.5 Lac Square Feet.
