Mukul Madhav Foundation sets off a slew of re-shares to get help for Pune Floods
Mumbai, August 9th, 2019: The devastating floods in Pune have bought life to a standstill in the quaint city of Pune. Countless people have lost their homes and are in dire need of basic necessities of life. Concerned at the state of affairs, Finolex Industries’ CSR partner Mukul Madhav Foundation (MMF) had appealed to the citizens to donate basic necessity in the form of food packets. An unprecedented and overwhelming support poured in from all quarters of life that opened their hearts and homes and reached out to the hurting and the needy. When this was life offline in Pune city, the online community too did their bit to spread the word and mobilize help.
Some of the big names who chartered out seeking help and donations on behalf of Finolex Industries’ Mukul Madhav Foundation was Rohan Joshi (of AIB Fame) named Mojorojo (his Instagram handle), Ayesha Adlakah (MTV VJ) goes by the name Elenasparrow on Instagram and Nikhav Bharucha (of Roadies fame).
