ONP takes up month long initiative marking World Cancer Day

, 2018: To create awareness and encourage timely health check-ups, city renowned hospital, Oyster and Pearl Hospitals (ONP) has planned month long special initiatives on the occasion of ‘World Cancer Day’ which started from Sunday, February 4 at all ONP centres in Pune.
This was informed by Dr.Amita Phadnis, Director, ONP Hospitals who is also a leading Pediatrician and Neonatologist. “We have planned series of initiatives and health care plans for patients embarking the ‘World Cancer Day’. The plan is to emphasise the importance of health by providing healthcare facilities which can be feasible to everyone. We have launched various initiatives which will go on for one month.”
ONP has planned special discount on Cervical Cancer vaccine and a sure 25% discount on lab test and Radiology. They have also scheduled a lecture on ‘Prevention and Early Detection of Cancer’ on coming Saturday- February 10, 2018 in
ONP Prime, Shivajinagar
at 5 Pm, which will be free for all. In this lecture, Dr. Joy Ghose will be giving insight about cancer prevention and early detection.
The group of hospitals has also offered free Oral Cancer Screening and 50% off on cleaning, polishing and dental filling. Apart from this ONP will give 30% off on Mammography/ Sonomammography. There will be free check-up by Gynaecologist.
