Pune, February 24, 2020 : After the great initiative which Mumbai Police showed up to punish the riders violating the laws on the signals, a woman was spotted in the city stopping bikers who were driving on the pavements.

The woman was spotted policing the two-wheeler riders and showed that how difficult it is for pedestrians to walk by side. It has become common for bikers to drive on footpaths instead of roads, to save ‘little’ time.

The policing work initiated by the woman went viral two days earlier on Twitter which was reacted by many people and shared and loved as well. Many Twitter handles including author Shefali Vaidya, Pune Police and many more tweeted regarding the viral video by appreciating her work.

“Sad that senior citizens have to do this to make sure that morons don’t ride their two-wheelers on the footpath, but this can only happen in Pune” tweeted Shefali Vaidya.

Not only appreciation but also received respect from the netizens saying, “This elderly lady is true Nani, my respect to this lady”.

Meanwhile, other people tweeted saying, “Don’t be so sad this happens in every city including Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, enforcement of traffic rule is very much absent. We can’t consider ourselves blessed if there are footpaths”.
