Pune traffic cops felicitated for their hard work

Pune: There are experiences, which leave you amazed, and then there are unforgettable experiences, which leave you mesmerized forever.

The Pune city witnessed a great evening on 14 May 2019 at Amanora Mall “Walk For The Cause With Our Unsung Heroes” which was conceptualized and executed by IIFM (Indian Institute Of Fleet Management), one of India’s only fleet management institution in association with Bhartiye Mahakranti Sena and Khanderaya Cine Chitra & Events Bringing together glamour and sophistication, the event celebrated the Pune Traffic Police, recognizing their heroic achievements, dedication, and hard work.

The event consisted of several stellar performances by leading stars and other renowned artists and was conceptualized to thank the Pune Traffic Police for their outstanding work. It was hosted by Pari Hamdule, Director IIFM, Rohit Kumar, Director, IIFM and Shweat Ranjan Pathak in presence of Sanjay Singh Chairman IIFM.

The evening saw performances by the biggest names from the industry, like Royal Tasta and Team. The show highlighted how the DCP (traffic) Pankaj Deshmukh and his team have made Pune one of the safest and managed traffic cities in the country.

Traffic policemen Mohan Bhapkar (Faraskhana division), Rajendra More (Koregaon Park division) and Martand Jagtap (Lashkar division) were honoured and felicitated for their outstanding work. Lt Pradeep Chauhan, MD Global Fleet, Jabbar Singh, Jugendra Singh, Kshitij Upadhyay (Directors Global Fleet), Kathiwala from CEO CABS, Narendra Permanand Hariyani, Mentor and Guide, Team IIFM, Team FORSECDM and others graced the event.

Speaking on the occasion, Pari Hamdule said, “We are extremely honoured to have been presented with such a prestigious opportunity to honour our real Heroes of Pune Traffic Police by our Flagship Social Security Programs called ‘Fleet Professional Smart Card’. It is not every day that one gets to stand next to the valorous Pune Traffic Police and honour them. It was extremely important for us to ensure they have a memorable experience. We hope we have lived up to their expectations and we are truly delighted at the success of the event.”
