Hearty Congratulations to the new govt. As a realtor fraternity, our first and foremost demand is to create a conducive environment for ease of doing business in real estate industry. Also, the issues regarding Environmental clearance Aviation, town planning, NA permission, mutations entiries should be made easier. It is been our long term demand to make projects sanction online and speed up the process as this is the key area which inflates the home prices.
We also expect that new govt will look into reforms of the tax structures. The realtors engaged in fulfilling the ambitious “Housing for All” scheme through affordable housing should get more incentives. The micro finance for lower and middle income group housing sector should also be looked upon and improved. The Govt. should encourage introduction of new technology in construction for speedy, economic, hassle free construction procedures by using less manpower.
The most important need of common man for basic infrastructure like good roads, drainage, water supply, connectivity by air n rail of cities needs priority.

The landslide victory will generate a lot of confidence and create positivity in the market. But at the same time, the new government has to uplift the market by making sure the availability of funds, which would be very crucial. The Government has been good with the policies but employment needs to be created through private industry. By the year 2020 we can expect a big boom in Market.
