Rashtriya Life Saving Society (India) conducts First Aid training course at Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar.

Punekar News's photo.Rashtriya Life Saving Society (India), for the first time conducted a First Aid training course at the prestigious GNLU at Gandhinagar.

Dr. Joshua Aston-Assistant Professor of Law, Dean, Students’ Welfare & Officer on Special Duty (Office of Director) of GNLU arranged for the course to be conducted on 2nd and 3rd September 2015.

Mr. Vijay Kumar Sah, Ms. Mohini Chourasia and Mr. Karn Ragade conducted the course at the university campus.

The course was attended by a total of 20 students, teachers and wardens.

Punekar News's photo.The participants were sworn in as First Aiders when they took the oath at the end of the course. This was a pilot project for the RLSS(I) in Gujarat and was only possible because of the extensive support from GNLU.

A list of participants who attended the course has been floated to all the staff and students of the GNLU with their contact number so that they may be approachable at any point of time for any emergency assistance.

The same list is being put up at conspicuous places in the entire university.
