‘Road Safety Walkathon 2020’ held

M.C.E Society’s M.A. Rangoonwala Institute of Hotel Management and Research participated in the 31st National Road Safety Week by organizing ‘Road Safety Walkathon 2020’ in coordination with Lashkar Police Station on Friday, 17th January 2020.
Route for the walkathon was from Azam Campus, Camp to Hotel Aurora Towers via M.G. Road. The college also distributed pamphlets to the commuters on road safety rules as laid down by Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act 2019. This activity was conducted under the directives of Government of India, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (Road Safety Cell), Government of Maharashtra and Savitribai Phule Pune University’s National Service Scheme.
