Pune, 12th November, 2018 : Crosswords Bookstore at Aundh was abuzz with readers from various ages and professions. Sandeep Agarwal, S/o Babulal Agarwal , Lonavla; a Professional in the IT Industry with over 25 years of experience and EVP at Happiest Minds Technologies, Bangalore, in his 25th year of IT industry, is targeting to help a Million Young Professionals thru’ his new Book P.R.I.D.E which stands for Professionalism, Responsibility, Integrity, Development and Excellence.
The Launch of his book, P.R.I.D.E took place today at the Crosswords bookstore, Aundh where the honors were done by Ganesh Natarajan, Ex CEO Zensar Technologies and Chairman 5F World SVP India and Pune City Connect. Also present amongst the other dignitaries to name a few were KK Goyal, K L Bansal, Rajesh Agarwal, Vinod Jalan, Sir Uday Gujjar, Mathur Sir.
The function started with lighting of the traditional lamp and an introduction to the Chief Guest and welcoming all the other dignitaries, booklovers, media and guests.
Sandeep Agarwal narrated a few paragraphs out of his book and explained why he thought of writing this book and why it’s a perfect practical Guide for young professionals.
Booklovers were seen taking autographs of the Author after the event was over and signed books were also being sold which was like a prized possession for a reader.
In his book Sandeep has created the Framework which would help young professionals design their Professional Career and Life. 10% of the Book Profits are planned to be donated to The Prem Rawat Foundation (TPRF) for Food, Water and Health needs for the needy.

Sandeep Agarwal, brings 25 years of Industry experience, and supports various Volunteer organizations and activities, Prior to joining Happiest Minds, Sandeep was part of Mindtree for 12+ years, and have lived in US for 3+ years in mid-90’s. This book is his way to give back to the industry in his 25th year and wanted to live some strong basics for the young professionals.
