The ten day food festival starting from 20th June 2019, will take you back to the rich Awadhi flavours that once enticed the taste buds of Mughals and Nawabs. The chef will display heavenly culinary delights across vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus offering delectable starters, main course and mouth-watering desserts which will elevate you with their aroma and sense of taste.
Festival will feature, Khumb Ke Galawat (Mushroom Kabab flavoured with fresh Coriander Leaves), Tandoori Lucknowi Nalli (Saffron, Creamy and Smoothy Grilled Lamb), Bhatti Surmai (Chef Qureshi’s secret Spices), Tandoori Murgh Mumtaz Tangri (Charcoal Grill Chicken), Murg Zafrani Kofta (Chicken dumpling flavor with homemade Spices), Subz Miloni Plater (Seasonal Vegetable tempered with special Masala), Kesari Dum Pulao. We also have Shahi Tukda, Zauq e Shahi to finish your meal on sweet note.
