THERE IS NOBODY TO GUIDE YOU…! – Dr.Shailendra Goswami
Pune, 17th Jan. 2020 : “There is nobody to guide you when you start your company by leaving the job. You have to utilize what you have learned before.” Said Dr. Shailendra Goswami, Managing Director & President, Pushkraj Engineering Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. He was speaking as Chief Guest of Annual Social Gathering and Prize Distribution Ceremony – ‘Vasundhara’ of MIT-WPU, MIT and MITCOE. Prof. Dr. Vishwanath D. Karad Presided over the function.
Dr. N.T.Rao, V.C., MITWPU, Prof. Sharadchandra Darade Patil, Dean, MIT, Dr. L.K.Kshirsagar, Principal, MIT, Prof. Dr. Hiwale, Principal, MIT COE, Prof. Dr. Prasad Khandekar, Dean, MITWPU & Prof. Dr.M.Y. Ghokhade, Gym. Incharge were present on this occasion.
Aditya Vyas, was felicitated for all round performance and Apurva was facilitated for Gold Medal. Mr. Satyanarayan, Lab Assistant and his collogue were felicitated for good Performance.
Dr. Shailendra Goswami said, “You can learn from your parents – your Father and Mother. You can learn from your teachers and so on. We had intimate relationships with our teachers in COEP. I had gone to the CEO of a multinational company and asked him some critical problems. He was ready to give me three files after a long discussion. I concentrated on them with my assistant and solve them within 45 days which they could not solved them for 6 months.”
“He was highly impressed by me and introduced me to all his employees. I still got good response from them also. I am working for 27 years as a nonstop journey. Gita, Dnyaneshwari & Dasbodh are my real Gurus. We neglect them because they are from our own soil and not imported from outside. All of you should maintain your health. The health from Gym. is of no use. We used to climb the hills around us and used to play till sweating. This health is helping me till now a days.”
Prof. Dr. Vishwanath D. Karad said, “Discipline and character are the real ornaments of a student. Your parents should be proud of you. You should be working on research and innovation. It will progress you and society.”
Prizes were given by the chief guest to the students for the outstanding performance. Gajanan Dhakne, Soham Vasetkar, Himanshu Chaudhari & Swarnima Deshmukh presented the annual reports.
