Three members of a family found Coronavirus positive in Pune
Pune, March 28, 2020: In last 24 hours, four new Coronavirus positive patients have been detected in Pune district which includes three members of a family. With this the total number of positive cases has reached 36 and 10 of them been discharged after being cured.
20 are from Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) jurisdiction and 12 are from Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) limit and four from Pune rural areas.
The first case in the city was detected on March 9. Till now 10 persons have been discharged from hospital after being cured, which includes seven from PMC and three from PCMC limits.
To prevent the spread of Coronavirus, the statewide lockdown has been imposed. People are not allowed to gather and vehicle movement is also restricted.
The total cases in Maharashtra have reached 181, after 28 new patients found positive today. Till now, a total of 26 patients have recovered/discharged. 104 tests found negative for COVID19 today.
