JW Marriott to host Marwar and Goan food festival
- Festivals will be organised between January 16th and 31st at Spice Kitchen and Shakahari
- The dinner festivals to have live stations for gourmands

Maharashtra-Pune-January 13th : Hotel JW Marriot located on S B Road, Pune known for hosting international food festivals with renowned chefs from across the globe is all geared up to offer double happiness to its patrons. The hotel is all set to host two food festivals at a time namely Goan and Marwar food festival between January 16th and 31st. These festivals will be held at the most popular restaurants of the hotel one being Shakahari and another Spice Kitchen.
Spice Kitchen, the global cuisine restaurant will host a Goan food festival, whereas Shakahari will host Marwar food festival at the same time. These cuisines will be handcrafted by specialty chefs who will assist Chef Mayur Tiwar- Executive chef of the hotel. These festivals will be organised from 7 PM – 11:00 PM everyday between January 16th and 31st.

The special menu will have signature dishes like Thandaai and Chaas in beverage, and live stations at the outer desk of Shakahari will have chulha with hot steamy Daal Bati Churma cooked in it for its patrons. Waiters dressed in turbans and white kurta-Pajama will be seen serving delicacies like Gatte Ki Sabzi, Ker Sangri and desserts like Ghewar in no time.

This festival endeavours to capture the essence of Goan cuisine, which is a culmination of Indian and Portuguese culinary arts. To offer authentic and exclusive Goan delicacies to food enthusiasts, waiters will be dressed in states’ attire of hats and floral shirts. Goan specialities starting from the beverages of the state and variety of main courses consisting Fish curry, Prawn Balchao, Vindaloo will be laid for gourmands.
