Vastushodh unveils its biggest UrbanGram project
Pune, 5th April: Vastushodh Projects, the most acknowledged real estate developer from the affordable housing segment has unveiled its biggest ‘UrbanGram’ project at Urawade near Pirangut.
‘UrbanGram’ is typically meant for all home buyers from the middle income group and it has been conceptualized considering their lifestyle and budget. These projects are located at fast growing suburbs that are just on the outskirts of the city.
All UrbanGram projects launched by the company before have received splendid response from the home buyers. On this background, Vastusodh Projects is now coming up with its biggest UrbanGram project at Urawade near Pirangut with over 1200 homes to offer.
UrbanGram – Urawade will come up on a spacious 16 acres of plot and shall consist of 9 buildings in parking + 14 floors format. It will offer 1 & 2 BHK flats in the all-inclusive price range of Rs.19.46 to Rs. 30.71 Lacs. It will have separate buildings of 1 and 2 BHK flats.

The UrbanGram – Urawade project has received all the required approvals and permissions and the construction work has already commenced here. The 1 and 2 BHK show flats are also ready at the site. Leading home finance institutions like HDFC and ICICI will offer home loans to the home buyers here.
The previous UrbanGram projects have come up in area like Kondhawe Dhawade, Shirwal, Pirangut, Kirkatwadi, Chakan and Baramati.
