From Engineer to Artist: Anant Bhide to Showcase Oil Paintings in Solo Exhibition in Pune
Pune, 28th Nov 2024: Amateur artist, Anant Bhide will be hosting his first solo exhibition ‘Anant Akruti’ displaying his oil paintings at Arena Sports Hall at Forest Trails township in Bhugaon on Saturday, 7th Dec 2024 between 11:00 am and 7:00 pm. This exhibition will be open for all and there will be no entry fee.
Anant Bhide, an electrical engineer by education, pursued a successful career in a Dutch multinational company. He held several managerial and leadership positions in Europe and South East Asia, retiring as the head of the company’s operations in the Asia Pacific Region.
Nearing his retirement, he developed an interest in oil painting which has now grown into his passion which is creditable! ‘Anant Akruti’ exhibition will showcase his painting journey so far having various subjects like different faces, monks, boats, village scenes, etc. which can be enjoyed by avid visitors.
