Pune, 7th April 2025: Pune Tribe recently organized a one-day box cricket match at the Enfield Arena in Kalyani Nagar. Tribe Blasters, Flame Boys, Seven Avengers, PT Smashers, Royal Hitters and Seven Stars, these 6 teams each with 7 players, took to the field. 15 exciting matches were played between them. In this tournament, the players of each match were selected. These include the best batsman Arjun Jivnani, the best bowler and fielder Ritesh Kamdi, and the most valuable player Mangesh Shukl. The final match was played between Flame Boys and PT Smashers. PT Smashers scored 56 runs in 6 overs. Flame Boys chased down the target and won the title by scoring 4 runs off the last ball. Mrunal Chadha, the captain of the final match and owner of the Flame Boys team, received the title Man of the Match.

One Stop Solutions gave a cash prize of Rs. 15,000 and the Pune Tribe Cup to the winner Team Flame Boys , while the runner-up team, PT Smashers, was given a cash prize of Rs. 11,000 and a Cup by entrepreneur and match organizer Dilip Gupta’s Dolphin Group. The one-day match was organized by Amit Karmarkar, Shweta Kothare, Swati Ajit, Sayali Telharkar, Mrunal Chaddha, Sharmishtha B.N, Kartik Kumar, Hiten Thakkar and Mubarak Mulla. Pune Tribe is a group of friends consisting of men and women aged 30 plus who have come together through Social Media and organize various programs throughout the year. Amit Karmarkar, founder of Pune Tribe, said that the aim of this initiative is to reduce work stress, instill a sense of play, strengthen mutual interests, and maintain good physical and mental health.
