Archit Dongre, UPSC 2024 All India Rank 3, Interacts with Students at Manobal Centre in Pune
Pune, 3rd July, 2025: Archit Dongre, who got the 3rd rank in the UPSC 2024, recently visited the Pune centre of Deepstambh Foundation’s Manobal Project. He spoke openly with students from differently-abled, orphaned, and poor backgrounds. He gave them advice on how to study, how to manage time, and how to stay mentally strong.
During the visit, Dongre praised the inclusive and value-based initiatives of the organisation. He said, “This place does not just provide academic guidance, but also offers all the necessary facilities, assistive technology, and a motivating environment for differently-abled students — all under one roof. It is a complete and purpose-driven system that focuses on building lives.”
While interacting with the students, Dongre gave useful advice. He said, “Keep your determination, keep trying consistently, and believe in yourself. Obstacles are a part of the journey to success. When the ‘why’ behind your efforts is clear, the ‘how’ automatically appears. That reason gives you the strength to stay confident, consistent, and to overcome struggles.”
Deepstambh Foundation’s founder Yajurvendra Mahajan, academic head Milind Patil, and project head Kailas Ghule were also present during the visit. The programme was anchored by a visually impaired student, Netaji.
