Pune–CSMT Trains to Face Delays on July 13 Due to Blocks at Khadki and Mumbai Sections

Pune/Mumbai, 12th July 2025: Multiple scheduled infrastructure works on Sunday, July 13, 2025, by Central Railway in both Pune Division (Khadki station) and Mumbai Division (Vidyavihar–Thane and Kurla–Vashi sections) are set to affect several Pune–CSMT bound trains, leading to cancellations, delays, diversions, and skipped halts.

Pune Division: Khadki Station NI Block

The Pune Division will undertake Non-Interlocking (NI) works at Khadki station in the Lonavala–Pune section for platform construction. The block will be in force from 00:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs on July 13, 2025.

Delayed Pune-Originating Trains:

11008 Pune–CSMT Express: Rescheduled by 1.5 hours

22159 CSMT–MAS Express: Delayed by 1 hour from Pune

22943 DD–INDB Express: Rescheduled by 1.5 hours

Short Termination/Short Origin:

11030 KOP–CSMT Express (July 12): Short terminated at Pune

11029 CSMT–KOP Express (July 13): Short originated from Pune, cancelled between CSMT–Pune

Skipped Halt at Khadki:

All Pune–Mumbai suburban and express trains will not halt at Khadki during the block period.

Mumbai Division: Vidyavihar–Thane & Kurla–Vashi Mega Block

The Mumbai Division will carry out engineering works on 5th & 6th lines (Main Line) from 08:00 hrs to 13:30 hrs and on UP & DOWN Harbour lines from 11:10 hrs to 16:10 hrs.

Delayed CSMT-bound Trains from Pune:

11010 Pune–CSMT Sinhagad Express

12124 Pune–CSMT Deccan Queen

12126 Pune–CSMT Pragati Express

These trains will be diverted to UP fast line at Thane and will arrive at CSMT 10–15 minutes late.

Other Delayed Long-Distance Trains from Pune Route:

22226 Solapur–CSMT Vande Bharat Express

12140 Nagpur–CSMT Sevagram Express

11012 Dhule–CSMT Express

All trains listed will be affected during the block window and expected to face delays at destination.

Suburban Train Cancellations

Pune Division (Khadki):

26 Pune–Lonavala suburban trains cancelled

All trains will skip Khadki halt

Mumbai Division (Harbour Line):

Up and Down Harbour Line services between Kurla and Vashi will be cancelled between 10:34 hrs and 15:47 hrs

Passengers travelling on Pune to Mumbai (CSMT) route on July 13 are advised to verify train timings and plan their journeys accordingly.
