Pune: E-Auction Announced for 35 PMRDA Plots on 80-Year Lease
Pune, 22nd July 2025: The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has invited applications for the e-auction of 35 land parcels spread across different talukas of the district. These plots will be allotted on an 80-year lease basis through an online bidding process.
The plots include 32 facility plots, two reserved for educational institutions, and one for a public facility such as a library or music school. These are located in villages under Haveli, Khed, Maval, and Mulshi talukas.
Interested individuals and organizations that meet the eligibility criteria can register and download tender documents from the government e-auction portal https://eauction.gov.in between July 21, 2025 (5:00 PM) and August 11, 2025 (5:00 PM).
Technically qualified bidders will be announced on August 21, and the live e-auction will be held on August 22 at 11:00 AM through the same portal.
