Pune, August 30, 2025 – udChalo, a leading tech company for the Armed Forces, today marked nine years of partnership with the Paraplegic Rehabilitation Centre (PRC), Pune. Together, they have built a unique model that empowers specially-abled veterans by turning them into the driving force of udChalo’s customer care.
Since 2016, the Customer Care Centre at PRC has been run entirely by veterans from the Army, Navy, and Air Force. These soldiers, who once served the nation on the frontlines, now support their fellow Faujis by assisting with travel bookings and solving complex queries – with empathy only a soldier can bring.
