Pune: Light Showers Likely in Pune This Weekend; IMD Predicts Partly Cloudy Skies Throughout the Week

Pune, 1st November 2025: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted light rainfall and partly cloudy conditions across Pune and its neighbouring regions over the next few days. According to the latest local weather bulletin issued on Saturday, November 1, the city may witness brief spells of light rain on Saturday evening, followed by clearer skies in the first half of the coming week.

For Saturday (November 1), the IMD reported that Pune and surrounding areas such as Pashan, Lohegaon, Chinchwad, Lavale, Magarpatta, NDA, and Koregaon Park experienced a partly cloudy sky that turned generally cloudy by afternoon, with very light rain likely. The maximum temperature across these locations ranged between 27°C and 31°C, while the minimum temperature varied between 19°C and 24°C.

Between November 2 and 4, the weather bureau expects mainly clear conditions, with partly cloudy skies developing towards afternoon or evening. Daytime temperatures are forecast to remain near 30–33°C, while night temperatures will hover around 19–22°C in most parts of the Pune region.

Light rainfall is likely to return around November 5 and 6, with the IMD indicating partly cloudy to generally cloudy conditions and very light rain in isolated areas. By November 7, the city is expected to see a return to clearer skies, signaling a brief dry spell toward the end of the week.
