Pune: Speeding Container Truck Hits Five Vehicles on Bhumkar Bridge, No Injuries Reported
Narhe, 17th November 2025: A speeding container truck rammed into four vehicles on the Mumbai–Bengaluru National Highway near Narhe on Monday afternoon. The incident took place around 1:45 pm on the Bhumkar Bridge.
According to initial information, the container was travelling at high speed when it hit a Mahindra pickup, Thar, Ertiga, Nissan, and a Bolero moving ahead of it. The impact damaged all five vehicles.
Fortunately, no one was injured in the accident. Traffic movement was briefly affected on the busy highway following the collision.
Police are assessing the sequence of events and the cause of the mishap. Further investigation is underway.
