Pune: Over 30 Trains, Including Deccan Express and Indrayani, to Be Affected by Blocks from November 26
Pune, 22nd November 2025: Central Railway’s Mumbai Division will operate Special Traffic and Power Blocks for Pre Non-Interlocking (NI) and NI works at Lonavala–BVT yard and in Lonavala Up yard on the Kalyan–Lonavala section from November 26 to December 6, 2025, in connection with yard remodelling and extension of lines. Train running repercussions will apply from November 26 to November 29, affecting more than 30 Mail/Express and suburban services.
On November 26 and 27, a block will be operated on the Down line from 11:25 hrs to 18:25 hrs. During this period, Mail and Express trains to be regulated include Train No. 20495 Jodhpur–Hadapsar Express at Karjat for 45 minutes, Train No. 22159 CSMT–Chennai Express at Lonavala for one hour, and Train No. 22101 LTT–Madurai Express at Bhivpuri Road for 10 minutes. Train No. 11019 CSMT–Bhubaneshwar Konark Express and Train No. 22732 CSMT–Hyderabad Express will be handed over at Lonavala late by 10 to 15 minutes, while Train No. 17222 LTT–Kakinada Express will be regulated at Bhivpuri Road for 10 minutes on November 27.
Pune–Lonavala suburban services will be short terminated at Talegaon for trains departing Pune at 09:57 hrs and 11:17 hrs, and the train departing Shivajinagar at 12:05 hrs. Corresponding services will short originate from Talegaon, departing at 11:56 hrs, 15:16 hrs and 15:56 hrs.
On November 28 and 29, blocks will be implemented on both Up and Down lines from 11:25 hrs to 18:00 hrs. Pune Division trains to be regulated include Train No. 11008 Pune–CSMT Deccan Express, Train No. 22943 Daund–Indore Express, Train No. 11030 Kolhapur–CSMT Koyna Express, Train No. 11302 Bengaluru–CSMT Udyan Express, and Train No. 16352/16340 Nagercoil–CSMT Express. Train No. 22159 CSMT–Chennai Express will also be regulated at Lonavala for 10 minutes.
Train No. 12128 Pune–CSMT Intercity Express and Train No. 22106 Pune–CSMT Indrayani Express will arrive CSMT late by 10–15 minutes, while Train No. 22102 Madurai–LTT Superfast Express will arrive LTT late by 10–15 minutes on November 29. Train No. 11139 CSMT–Hospete Express will start late from CSMT on both days.
Pune–Lonavala suburban trains departing Pune at 09:57 hrs, 11:17 hrs, 15:00 hrs and 16:25 hrs, and Train No. 99816 departing Shivajinagar at 12:05 hrs, will be short terminated at Talegaon on November 28 and 29. Return services will short originate from Talegaon at 11:56 hrs, 15:16 hrs, 15:56 hrs, 17:56 hrs and 18:36 hrs.
There will be no repercussions on train running from November 30 to December 6, 2025.
