Pune-Based ‘Qurbani Ease’ Begins Eid-ul-Adha Bookings; Service Marks Fourth Year of Facilitating Qurbani
Kondhwa, 9th May 2026: With Eid-ul-Adha approaching, Pune-based initiative Qurbani Ease has officially opened bookings for Qurbani services for this year, with registrations remaining open till May 24. The service, now entering its fourth consecutive year, aims to simplify the process of Qurbani for families, working professionals, migrants and people living away from their hometowns while ensuring that all religious guidelines are strictly followed.
According to the organisers, the complete Qurbani process will be conducted in Pune under the supervision of a Mufti to ensure adherence to Islamic practices and rituals. The initiative allows people from any city, state or country to book their Qurbani remotely, while the sacrifice and distribution process will take place at Shivneri Nagar, Kondhwa in Pune.
Founded by a group of young social entrepreneurs and community volunteers, Qurbani Ease was launched with the objective of making the religious obligation more accessible and organised for the Muslim community. Over the last four years, the initiative has expanded its outreach by assisting families who are unable to personally manage the arrangements during Eid-ul-Adha.
Mohammad Saif, associated with the initiative, said the platform was created to provide believers with peace of mind by ensuring that Qurbani is performed according to proper Islamic procedures and with complete transparency.
“Over the last four years, Qurbani Ease has received trust and support from people across different cities and even from Indians living abroad. Many senior citizens, working professionals, students and migrant families are unable to personally manage Qurbani arrangements during Eid. Our effort is to make the process easier while ensuring that every religious guideline is properly followed under the observation of a Mufti,” Saif said.
He added that the initiative not only facilitates Qurbani but also contributes towards community welfare through distribution of meat among the needy.
“We ensure proper selection of goats, hygienic processing, neatly packed meat delivery and distribution for deserving families. Anyone can book from anywhere, but the entire Qurbani process will be conducted in Pune with best practices and religious supervision,” he said.
The organisers stated that standard-size desi goats above one year of age will be used for the Qurbani process. Customers may also visit the site and witness the sacrifice after Eid namaz. The service additionally includes meat delivery and distribution assistance for economically weaker sections.
Qurbani Ease said it has been actively involved in community development initiatives over the years, particularly in health and education-related activities alongside its Eid-ul-Adha facilitation services.
