‘Strings of Hope, Notes of Healing’ Event in Pune for Parents of Neurodivergent Children
Pune, 8th June 2026: Parents of neurodivergent children in Pune will have a unique opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves at “Strings of Hope, Notes of Healing,” a special event being organised by the Mystic Bamboo Foundation in association with Blessed Ones on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 9:45 a.m. at Sarathi Auditorium, Balbharati Chowk, BMCC Road, Pune. Attendance is free, but prior registration through TicketKhidkee.com is mandatory.
Created especially for parents navigating the challenges and responsibilities of raising neurodivergent children, the event will bring together music, lived experiences, and meaningful community connections in an atmosphere of inspiration, reflection, and shared strength.
A key highlight of the programme will be an exclusive preview of MQ2HQ – Musical Quotient to Happiness Quotient – an immersive music-and-mindfulness framework conceptualised by internationally acclaimed Hindustani classical flautist Shri Himanshu Nanda, a senior disciple of the legendary Pt. Hariprasad Chaurasia. MQ2HQ will be formally launched for the public on June 14 at Ga Di Madgulkar Auditorium, Akurdi.
The event will also feature the inspiring journey of Dr. Rajeev Sreenivasa, former IIT Madras faculty member, AI researcher, and technology entrepreneur, along with his daughter, Pratibha Kamath, from Mumbai. Renowned Sawai Gandharva Festival anchor Anand Deshmukh will compere the programme.
Drawing from his lived experience as the parent of an autistic daughter for the past 37 years, Dr. Sreenivasa will discuss the importance of metrics and measurement in setting meaningful goals and tracking progress in the journey of neurodivergent individuals towards greater independence. Pratibha’s journey will be presented as a case study demonstrating how structured measurement and goal-setting can support growth, skill development, and independent living outcomes.
Adding a deeply moving artistic dimension to the programme will be a solo sitar recital by Pratibha Kamath. Diagnosed with autism and mild intellectual disability, Pratibha has spent nearly two decades pursuing music with extraordinary dedication and perseverance. She has performed at several respected venues and platforms across India and the United States.
