Maharashtra: SET 2026 Application Deadline Extended Until June 26 – SPPU

Pune, 16th June 2026: Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) has extended the application deadline for the 41st State Eligibility Test (SET) 2026 for candidates from Maharashtra and Goa.
According to a public notice issued by the university, the SET examination is scheduled to be held on July 26, 2026.

The online application process had originally commenced on June 2 and was scheduled to conclude on June 16. However, following requests from a large number of candidates who were unable to complete their applications within the stipulated period, the university decided to extend the deadline.

Candidates can now submit their online applications without a late fee from June 17 to June 26, 2026. Those who miss this deadline will be able to apply with a late fee between June 27 and June 30, 2026.

The university has also announced a correction window for applicants to rectify any errors in their submitted forms. The correction facility will remain open from July 1 to July 3, 2026.

The public notice was issued by the Registrar and Member Secretary of the SET examination.
Candidates are advised to complete the application process well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues.
