An Afternoon of Sadhya and Onam Traditions at Sheraton Grand Pune
Pune, 22nd August 2026: This Onam, Feast at Sheraton Grand Pune, Bund Garden Hotel brings the warmth of a Kerala celebration to Pune with a traditional Onam Sadhya that feels abundant, familiar and rooted in the flavours of home.
The afternoon begins with Sambaram, a traditional welcome drink inspired by the flavours of Kerala, offering a refreshing, lightly spiced introduction to the feast. It then moves into a generous spread of Jackfruit Chips, Banana Chips, Shakaravatty and Papadam, served with Manga Achar, Dates Pickle, Kondattam Chilli, Elaichi Banana and Inji Puli.
At the heart of the Sadhya is a comforting selection of Beet Pachadi, Errussery, Olan, Kootu Curry, Thoran and Avial, alongside Parippu, Sambar, Kerala rice, Rassam and Pulissery. Freshly prepared Kerala Parotta and Dosa from the live counters bring the easy bustle of a Kerala kitchen to the experience, while Ada Payasam and Parippu Payasam round off the meal on a sweet note.
