Pune Metro Changes Entry, Exit Routes at Mandai Station for Dahi Handi Festival

Pune, 4th September 2026: Pune Metro has temporarily changed the entry and exit arrangements at Mahatma Phule Mandai Metro Station on Saturday, September 5, in view of the Dahi Handi celebrations.

The temporary arrangement has been introduced to facilitate commuters and manage the expected crowd at the station during the festival.

As per the revised arrangement, the station will follow the changes from 6 am to 11 pm on Saturday:
Gate No. 3, near the Lokmanya Tilak statue, will remain open only for entry.
Gate No. 2, located behind Mahatma Phule Mandai on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Road, will remain open only for exit.

Pune Metro has urged passengers to take note of the temporary changes and cooperate with the arrangements to ensure smooth movement and crowd management.

The regular entry and exit arrangements at Mahatma Phule Mandai Metro Station will resume from Sunday, September 6, with all gates operating as usual.
