Mundhwa, 3rd October 2026: The Orbis Schools in Pune are celebrating a series of recent achievements that recognise their work in technology-led learning, innovation and educational leadership. These recognitions reflect the schools’ continued efforts to create learning environments that go beyond textbooks and prepare students for a changing world.

A key highlight is The Orbis School, Mundhwa, which has been recognised for having Best Implemented AI and Robotics Programmes. The recognition acknowledges the school’s efforts to introduce students to emerging technologies through hands-on learning and structured programmes. By giving students opportunities to explore AI and robotics at an early stage, the school encourages curiosity, experimentation and problem-solving.

At The Orbis School, Keshav Nagar, another significant achievement has been the recognition as the “Most Technologically Advanced School.” The award highlights the school’s focus on using technology as part of the learning experience and creating opportunities for students to engage with digital tools and new ways of learning.

The recognitions also extend to the leadership behind the schools. Mrs. Gunjan Srivastava, Director-Principal of The Orbis Schools, Pune, has been honoured with the MIMAMSA Super 30 Inspirational Leader’s Award. The recognition acknowledges her contribution to education and her role in shaping a learning environment centred around innovation, growth and student development.

Another milestone was the Lifetime Achievement Award presented to Haseeb Faquih, Founder Secretary of Wissen Education Society (formerly Orbis Education Society), at the MIMAMSA School Awards. The award recognises his long-standing contribution to education and his role in the development of educational institutions.

Together, these recognitions represent different aspects of the Orbis Schools’ journey — from bringing AI and robotics into classrooms to using technology meaningfully and fostering strong educational leadership.

For the Orbis Schools, these awards are not just about adding another achievement to the list. They also reflect the importance of creating learning experiences that help students stay curious, adaptable and prepared for the world around them.

With recognition coming across technology, innovation and leadership, the recent achievements mark another chapter in the Orbis Schools’ ongoing journey in education.
