Pune Food and Agri Expo 2026 to Showcase 90+ Stalls Featuring Healthy Food Products
Pune, 24th October 2026: The Food and Agri Expo (Food Mahotsav) 2026 will be held on October 31 and November 1 at Golden Leaf Banquets on DP Road in Karvenagar, Pune. The event will bring together food manufacturers, entrepreneurs, traders, dealers and exporters to showcase products and explore business opportunities.
Organised by Maitri Excellence, the expo will feature more than 90 stalls showcasing a range of products, including ready-to-eat foods, ready-to-cook products, dehydrated foods, premixes, organic products, frozen foods, spices, millet-based products and beverages.
The event aims to provide a platform for food-sector startups and micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to showcase new products, connect with prospective buyers and expand their market reach. It will also give consumers an opportunity to interact with manufacturers, explore emerging brands and learn more about products available for everyday consumption.
The food industry has witnessed growing interest in millet-based foods, dehydrated products, dietary supplements, natural ingredients and other products positioned around health and nutrition. These trends have created opportunities for entrepreneurs to develop new products and reach both business-to-business (B2B) and direct-to-consumer (D2C) markets.
Maitri Excellence has been working to support food-sector entrepreneurs for the past three years. According to the organisers, the initiative has supported more than 100 startups and over 1,000 food entrepreneurs through platforms designed to improve product visibility, business networking and market access.
The expo will feature activities aimed at supporting businesses in the food and agriculture sectors, including product showcases and opportunities for networking among industry participants.
The organisers are also planning a Mega Buyer-Seller Meet for the food industry on November 1, subject to sufficient registrations. The proposed meet aims to connect manufacturers, startups, traders, distributors and prospective buyers to explore business opportunities and establish commercial partnerships.
Minal Rajkarne, founder of Maitri Excellence, is a chemical engineer, entrepreneur and consultant with more than 15 years of experience in the food industry. Through the initiative, she aims to support MSMEs and emerging businesses in the food and agriculture sectors.
The organisers said the expo would help bring manufacturers and consumers closer, enabling visitors to explore product varieties, understand brands and make informed choices about the food they consume.
The event is intended for consumers interested in discovering new food products, as well as entrepreneurs and industry representatives looking to explore business opportunities in the food and agriculture sectors.
