Pune City: 294 New Covid Cases, 317 Discharged Today
Pune, December 13, 2020: In the last 24 hours, a total of 317 people were discharged from hospitals after recovery from Coronavirus disease (COVID19) in Pune city today. Also, 294 new patients were detected while 2 people died today. Today swab samples of 4014 were collected for COVID tests.
According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients till date has reached 174,013 out of which 164,350 have been cured while 4538 have died. There are still 5125 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals. They include 387 critical patients out of which 224 are on ventilator support.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 9,857,029 across the country. Out of this, 9357464 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 143019 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 356,546 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
