Few cocktails offered on this eclectic menu are Dark & Stormy – a vibrant mixture of spiced rum, ginger ale with hints of spice, pepper and smoke, Cloud Burst – an explosion of ginger and lemongrass with lychee, perfectly complimented by soft notes of wheat from Ketel One and Washout – a heady mix of orange marmalade, garam masala spiced syrup, lime and herbaceous bitters with a bold splash of Johnnie Walker Black Label.
